The Last Testament Of A PHONY.

Ever since it came out in 2010, I've been itching to see "Paul McCartney Really Is Dead: The Last Testament Of George Harrison." Why? It looked hilarious. I never saw it, though, because it used to only be available for purchase. I didn't want to give one penny to these fools, but now it's available on Netflix and I was able to watch it without giving them anything. I'm so glad I saw this! It was so entertaining and funny! Oh my gosh!

For those of you who have never heard of it, the basic story behind this documentary is that a mysterious package showed up on a Hollywood doorstep and they believe that these audio cassettes are George Harrison's confession to the truth behind the "Paul Is Dead" hoax of 1966. I've always been entertained by the hoax, not because I'd ever believe it, but because it's simply fun to look at all the "clues." Anyway, the advertisement video for the documentary was ridiculous, but watching the whole thing was even worse...or should I say better, hahaha!

Well...in my humble opinion, I must say that the documentary is far beyond the stupidity that I was already expecting. It was actually so much worse than I knew it would be. There are SO many reasons why this documentary is a disaster. I don't want to spoil all the fun, so I won't mention details, but the more you know about the truth, the more you'll catch so very wrong with it...although I don't think anyone in the world could ever even consider any of this to be possible. It's insane, but fun to watch people who are convinced it's real lay out their "proof!"

*SPOILER ALERT: I thought that statements such as John actually writing "Yesterday" about Paul in 1966 even though Paul clearly debuted the song himself in 1965 (before his "death") were bad until I realized that Paul first met Heather Mills in 1966, two years before she was even born! She was born in 1968, people! LOL...love it.

There are SOOO many things wrong with this documentary, even for those who would believe this to be the truth...there's mistakes that prove it's wrong! Everyone needs to watch this for a good laugh. I was crying with laughter all evening. By the way...who would ever even believe that's George's voice? LOL
